The entire Feazel team from Amber Terry in the office to Jerry Ferrell the on-site project manager for the project. I experienced nothing less than professionals in both knowledge and customer care. The roof is beautiful and the work was executed with such precision and detail. The clean up and final review was awesome. I am very happy we chose Feazel their expertise not only in workmanship but navigating the insurance red tape made this project rum smooth.

Jerry Ferrell, the project manager did an excellent job of managing the project with the crew. He gave me preview of what will happen before the job, came on site to check things, gave me on going communication with drone pictures and updates. The whole roof was replaced in a day. We are very happy with the result. The sales rep Billy did wonderful job to fight our case with the insurance company after the initial denial.

I am extremely please with my new roof, everyone at Feazel was great to work with. They even helped when my insurance company was not communicating with me during the process. Jerry was especially helpful as he kept me updated and probably sent over 50 pics of the old roof coming off and the new one installed. I didn’t expect him to do that but it was “over the top” customer service!

Tim Squire was my salesperson. He helped get thru the insurance process and patiently answered my questions. He had good ideas and followed thru quickly. Even on evenings and weekends and when he was out of the office. Brian Jaeger was our PM. He drove things to completion. We had 11 guys here in one day and they largely finished it in a day. Tim Squire was an excellent ambassador of the Feazel brand. He worked with me for nearly six months as we worked through the trials and tribulations of dealing with insurance claims processes. Once the project started Brian Jaegar, project manager, kept me informed of the progress of the project. The crew was professional and did an excellent job before, during, and after the installation of the new roof. Supporting staff Amber Terry was very pleasant and ensured that I was aware of all up coming events.

Jerry Farrell was my project manager. I cant speak highly enough about him and the team at Feazel. Jerry communicated with us in advance of the project letting us know what to expect, even with the staging of materials. He and the install team were prompt and professional on the day of the install, moving or covering porches, patios, and plants.
