Tim Squire was an excellent ambassador of the Feazel brand. He worked with me for nearly six months as we worked through the trials and tribulations of dealing with insurance claims processes. Once the project started Brian Jaegar, project manager, kept me informed of the progress of the project. The crew was professional and did an excellent job before, during, and after the installation of the new roof. Supporting staff Amber Terry was very pleasant and ensured that I was aware of all up coming events.

Jerry Farrell was my project manager. I cant speak highly enough about him and the team at Feazel. Jerry communicated with us in advance of the project letting us know what to expect, even with the staging of materials. He and the install team were prompt and professional on the day of the install, moving or covering porches, patios, and plants. Very pleased with our new roof!! Jerry Farrell, project manager for our repairs, was friendly, respectful, communicated with us frequently throughout the day, sharing photos of each stage along the way. Came out the next day for a post installation review, pictures, and to check for any stray nails. His crew was efficient, respectful, and cleaned up well after the work was done. Would definitely recommend!!

Brian Jaeger with Feazel roofing was my project manager during the roofing replacement. Crew arrived on time and prepared home for replacement roof by covering lawn and home with tarps to ensure protection of my home. Was completed in the timeframe that was told to me which was one day. Brian arrived the following day to make sure everything was squared away to ensure that the roof was inspected prior to any signs. I will recommend Feazel Roofing to neighbors in my area.

Feazel did a great job and finished on schedule replacing the entire roof of our large home. Jerry Farrell, the project manager, did a fantastic job of supervising the team and maintaining close communication with us throughout the entire project . He was able to answer all questions and clarified all openings that needed to be done, including removal and re-installation of our satellite antenna. Went above and beyond to leave everything in great shape after the job was completed. All in all, it was first rate service!

Roofing crew did a great job. 1st day worked dawn till dusk. Very respectful of our property. Project Manager - Jerry Farrell also was great. Kept us informed on progress & next steps. He was onsite multiple times thru both days. An extra shout out- he repaired a garden ornament that held special affection from our grandchildren, so happy about that. We would highly recommend Feazel based on our experience.
