It was everything they advertised. The staff were courteous, professional, knowledgeable & best of all they treat you like a person & not a number. They listen to your concerns & tell you what they are doing throughout the procedure. They make every effort to make you as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend the Gentle Dentist.

As always, a pleasant visit for my checkup with Michelle and Dr. Lori! -- kudos to both! This is the best dental practice I have yet to encounter in my 81 years: friendly, efficient, and very competent staff all around, on-time performance par excellence, gentle as advertised, and, for uninsured patients like me, an annual savings plan that reduces some of the pain in my wallet.
