Staff was prepared for my visit. Although I filled out the long pre- exam forms on line they were not received. I was able to complete a shortened version in office. All procedures were explained clearly and any questions I had were answered. Wait time was a little long… but as a patient I always appreciate not being rushed, so I understand and can spare a little time as needed.

Wendy did a great job. It was my first periodontal cleaning and she explained the process as she went along. There was discomfort but it wasn’t too bad. Had a good chat with Dr. Sakamoto with what we will be dealing with in the near future and I left the office somewhat pleased.

Prior to my appointment, the staff was wonderful in helping me reschedule my appointment, on several occasions, due to my job and the weather. I finally had the pleasure of meeting Dr Sakamoto and his wonderful staff. They were all, very friendly and extremely helpful in explaining to me the procedure, that I will undertake with one of my teeth.
